University of Wolverhampton staff and students can take advantage of special rates offered by the University of Wolverhampton as the conference host.


Optional Extras:

* Special rate for authors who have published articles in Educational Futures over the last two years.

Online-only Conference Option

For those unable to attend in person, we will be hosting online presentations as part of the conference on both days (July 7th and 8th).

The rate for this option is £60.

Terms and Conditions

For all registrations which occur more than one month before the conference commencement date, we offer a 14 day ‘cooling off’ period from the point of registration. Registrations which occur within one month of the conference commencement date can only be offered a 7 day ‘cooling off’ period. Cancellations within the ‘cooling off’ period will receive a full refund with no costs applied.

Outside the ‘cooling off’ period, cancellations are available with the following refund amounts and/or costs applied. These costs reflect costs and bookings made as a result of a registration which we are not able to recoup and so will vary depending on how far in advance of the conference commencement date the cancellation occurs.

  • 61 days or more: 100% refund minus £30 administration fee.
  • 31-60 days: 75% refund
  • 15-30 days: 50% refund: 
  • 8-14 days: 25% refund
  • 7 days or less: No refund is available

Assistance Dogs

We look forward to welcoming assistance dogs to the conference. To ensure they can focus on their important work, please refrain from petting or interacting with them unless specifically invited by their owner.

If you have a dog allergy, please let us know by the 31st of May 2026 so we can make necessary arrangements.
