The first decade of my career was spent studying architecture and working for two major UK practices. I subsequently began teaching in the further and higher education sector at various Midland based institutions after my post graduate studies. To date, I have mainly delivered on apprenticeship programmes in digital design and been involved in the creation of full-time courses in building technology aimed at construction industry professionals. I am hugely interested in the role played by CAD and BIM in the design, planning and execution of building works.
