Online Conference Option
For those unable to attend in person, we will be hosting a special online ‘mini conference’ which will include a keynote and various online presentations.
The rate for this option is £30.

Terms and Conditions
For all registrations which occur more than one month before the conference commencement date, we offer a 14 day ‘cooling off’ period from the point of registration. Registrations which occur within one month of the conference commencement date can only be offered a 7 day ‘cooling off’ period. Cancellations within the ‘cooling off’ period will receive a full refund with no costs applied.
Outside the ‘cooling off’ period, cancellations are available with the following refund amounts and/or costs applied. These costs reflect costs and bookings made as a result of a registration which we are not able to recoup and so will vary depending on how far in advance of the conference commencement date the cancellation occurs.
- 61 days or more: 100% refund minus £30 administration fee.
- 31-60 days: 75% refund
- 15-30 days: 50% refund:
- 8-14 days: 25% refund
- 7 days or less: No refund is available
